Job summary

Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) in Ireland is seeking a reliable Folding/Setting Operator to join our team on a night pattern (Sun 11pm-6am and Mon-Thu 10pm-6am).

You will operate folding machines, perform changeovers, troubleshoot, and manage glue systems, while following safety procedures and quality SOPs to meet customer specifications. We offer training and a competitive shift premium.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and numeracy are essential.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Good English, both written and oral, and teamwork.
• Previous folding/setting experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate various format folding machines.
• Complete machine changeovers and troubleshoot.
• Work with glue systems across machines.
• Follow safety procedures and quality SOPs.
• Ensure customer specifications are met.
