Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Ireland is seeking a warehouse operator to ensure safe stock handling, book deliveries and maintain accurate records, supporting production and dispatch.

You will use a computerized stock system, monitor consumables and prepare pallets for dispatch while following GMP and QA processes. Strong English, 1–3 years warehousing experience and relevant licences are preferred; training on high bay reach truck will be provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ warehousing experience.
• Ability to follow clear goals and communicate progress.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Relevant warehousing licences.

Responsibilities

• Book in deliveries on site as per procedures.
• Operate computerized stock system and maintain stock accuracy.
• Monitor supplies and place replenishment orders.
• Prepare pallets and dispatch finished goods to customers.
• Maintain GMP-compliant housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Report deviations to QA and safety incidents.
