• Proven operational leadership experience within service, logistics or operational environments.
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational setting.

• Experience using service management and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage the Service team and cross-functional inputs.
• Oversee daily service scheduling and resource planning.
• Monitor KPIs: first-time fix rates, response times, and backlog.
• Drive continuous improvement and compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate stock, inventory controls and supplier relationships.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure customer-focused service delivery.
