You will collaborate with warehouse and logistics to align stock with demand and maintain supplier partnerships. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in FMCG, a degree in supply chain or related field, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, detail-minded mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in FMCG or a similar role.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement or quality management software.

Responsibilities

• Forecast with precision: analyse customer buying patterns to anticipate future needs and keep stock levels on point.
• Source the best: procure fresh produce that meets stock targets and satisfies customer demand.
• Master order management: process purchase orders in the ERP system with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Tackle challenges: work directly with suppliers to resolve delivery delays, pricing issues, and other roadblocks.
• Stay ahead of the market: monitor competitor pricing and quality to ensure we always offer top value.
• Team collaboration: partner with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Seek continuous improvement: identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements.
