Job summary

Investigo is seeking a highly skilled Team Leader of Facilities Management Procurement to lead procurement strategies across the industrial and manufacturing sectors. You will collaborate with the Director of Procurement, site operations, engineering, and finance to drive value and seamless supply chain performance.

The role requires 6+ years in facilities management procurement, strong global supplier experience, and proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain software.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of facilities management procurement experience, covering both hard & soft categories.
• Strong experience working with global suppliers and developing relationships across the EMEA regions
• Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain software.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Procurement & Account Directors in implementing procurement strategies aligned with facilities management needs.
• Manage a team of 4 direct reports
• Develop and maintain client Procurement Plans in collaboration with operations teams.
• Ensure high compliance with supplier service contracts and company procurement policies.
• Manage supplier relationships, resolve service issues, and maintain continuity of critical operations.
• Drive cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation through strategic sourcing and negotiations
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct assessments, and maintain documentation compliance
• Provide regular procurement reporting, including KPIs, savings, sourcing activity, and supplier performance updates.
• Support annual maintenance planning with suppliers and operational teams.
• Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure responsible procurement practices.
• Assist with audits and support training related to strategic sourcing.
• Represent procurement in client meetings and act as deputy for the Procurement Lead when required.
