Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 3+ years of industry experience.
• Experience developing, building, or using test rigs, fixtures, instrumentation, or lab setups.
• Solid grounding in mechanical engineering principles with interest in fluidic or sensor systems.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams; strong written and verbal communication.
• Practical, curious approach to solving multidisciplinary engineering challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support design, build, and improve test rigs, fixtures, and experimental setups for fluidic and mechanical verification.
• Define and execute verification and validation activities across product development stages.
• Perform characterization testing, analyse results, and communicate findings to the team.
• Collaborate with architects, design engineers, test and manufacturing teams to support development.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and contribute practical engineering solutions.
• Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders as needed.
• Stay current on mechanical, fluidic, and test technology developments.
