Sports Direct is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Ireland. You will live our values and drive a world-class customer experience while delivering on store performance and standards.

We require a confident, data-driven leader who can motivate others, communicate at all levels, and develop a high-performing retail team. Salary is €51,000 plus bonus, with a comprehensive benefits package.

• Lead the team and maintain standards
• Be a role model for the delivery of a world-class customer experience and train your team to deliver this consistently

• You will lead the team in delivering meticulous store presentation taking pride in implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct Brand

Sales and Operations

• You will be fundamental in achieving results and going beyond set goals, driving store performance to its maximum potential.
• Lead the team to ensure they are efficient in always following best practice to support the delivery of commercial goals and brand knowledge.

Additional Information

Salary: €51,000plus Bonus
