Sports Direct in Ireland is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our in-store team. You will lead a small department, role model excellent customer service, train colleagues and create an engaging working environment.

You will be responsible for Visual Merchandising, sales and operations, and promoting the Sports Direct values while driving store performance. Salary is €39,500 per annum plus bonus, with benefits including a company pension, staff discounts and development courses offered

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead a small team in one of our instore departments

Visual Merchandising

• You will support in delivering meticulous store presentation taking pride in implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct Brand

• Lead the team to ensure they are efficient in always following best practice to support the delivery of commercial goals and brand knowledge.
