Job summary

Airbus Financial Services Limited in Ireland seeks a professional to manage dedicated flight training projects from creation to deployment. You will coordinate with Worldwide ATO and staff, ensuring timely progress and budget adherence.

You will measure performance with KPIs, propagate best practices within Airbus ATO, and monitor regulatory guidance related to flight training programs, providing support to develop the Airbus Flight Training program with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage dedicated flight training projects from creation to deployment.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with Worldwide ATO and staff on project status and actions.
• Measure project performance and provide KPIs for improvement.
• Identify and propagate best practices; assess changes and facilitate change within Airbus ATO.
• Monitor and act on regulatory and customer guidance for flight training projects and program content and delivery.
• Support development of the Airbus Flight Training program with the ATO and customers.

• Identify and propagate best practices, assess the impact of proposed changes, and facilitate change within the Airbus ATO
• Monitor, review, and act upon applicable regulatory, customer, and other external guidance related to the relevant flight training projects and program content and delivery
• Provide support for the development of the Airbus Flight Training program within the ATO and with customers
