You’ll take pride in delivering outstanding service to our airline clients, safeguarding passenger belongings, and contributing to efficient flight operations. Every day will present new challenges, where your dedication will make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safe and efficient turnaround of aircraft, prioritizing the well‑being of both passengers and staff.
  • Prepare and sign accurate load sheets (manual or automated) for each departure.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments, including flight crews, catering, cleaning, fuelling, loading teams, engineers, and other service providers, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Compile comprehensive flight files post‑departure, including all relevant documentation and information.
  • Execute instructions from the Station Controller promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain constant communication with Station Control to provide real‑time updates on flight turnarounds, delays, and other critical information.
  • Operate the airbridge safely during both aircraft arrivals and departures.
  • Act as a key communication liaison during operational disruptions, coordinating with internal departments as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Essential Criteria
  • Ability to Perform at a Strategic Management Level: Demonstrated experience in making high‑level decisions that align with the organization’s long‑term goals.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail: Track record of effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment without compromising accuracy.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and confidently to diverse stakeholders, from team members to senior management and external partners.
  • Minimum Age Requirement 18 Years: Applicants must be at least 18 years old. This ensures compliance with legal working age regulations and is crucial for roles that may require driving or other age‑sensitive responsibilities.
  • Pass a 5‑Year Security Background Check and Garda Vetting Process: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a thorough security background check covering the past five years, including Garda vetting, to ensure the safety and security of our operations and to comply with industry regulations.
  • Eligible to Live and Work in the E.U.: Candidates must have the legal right to live and work in the European Union. This ensures compliance with employment laws and enables seamless integration into our diverse workforce.

  • Ability to Work Rostered Shifts and Flexibility: The role requires you to work on a shift basis, which may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility is crucial, as operational needs can change due to flight delays or increased passenger demand.
  • Excellent Punctuality and Attendance: Reliability is key in this role, as punctuality directly impacts the overall efficiency of airport operations and the experience of our passengers.
Desirable Criteria
  • Operational Experience: Previous experience in an operational environment will be beneficial for adapting to the demands of the role.
  • Manual Handling Certificate: A valid certificate in manual handling is a plus, demonstrating knowledge of safe lifting techniques.
