Job summary

Qualifications

• CORU-registered or eligible for CORU registration.
• NFQ Level 7+ qualification in Social Care/Applied Social Studies.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise staff, and liaise with MDT and families.

• Coordinate and communicate with MDT, families and agencies.
• Promote community inclusion and person-centred approaches.
