Job summary

Qualifications
- Previous nursing home experience in Ireland is essential.
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (minimum 3 core modules)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Garda vetting and relevant compliance documentation.
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
- Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities.
- Assisting with mobility, nutrition and hydration.
- Supporting residents with their individual needs and care plans.
- Promoting dignity, independence and choice at all times.
- Working effectively as part of the nursing home team.
- Maintaining a safe, comfortable and supportive environment for residents.
