Job summary

Access Healthcare is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) for Meath across residential and community settings. Enjoy flexible agency shifts, choosing days, nights and weekends that fit your schedule while delivering person-centred care.

Applicants should have QQI Level 5 in Healthcare (3 core modules) and a minimum of 6 months experience in Ireland. ID client experience is highly desirable, with full eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare with 3 core modules.
• Minimum 6 months experience in the Republic of Ireland.
• Experience working with ID clients is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and daily living support.
• Assist with hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and medication support.
• Promote dignity, choice, independence, and wellbeing.
• Support service users with daily activities and community participation.
• Follow individual care and support plans.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and person-centred environment.
• Report any concerns or changes to the appropriate senior staff member.
