Job summary

Be Independent Home Care Ltd in Ireland is seeking Healthcare Assistants for Laois and surrounding areas. Earn a guaranteed €16 per hour with a rotating roster and guaranteed hours.

Roles involve 8am–9pm shifts, 3 days one week and 4 days the next, with every second weekend off. Enjoy a €250 joining bonus, full induction, PPE and uniform, fortnightly payroll, ongoing training, and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 QQI modules (Care Skills & Care of the Older Person) or 1 year paid care experience.

Due to continued growth, we are hiring Healthcare Assistants for Laois and surrounding areas, all areas - we offer Guaranteed Hours Contracts from €16 per hour!

Applicants must be available to work between the hours of 8am - 9pm on the basis of a rotating roster - 3 days week one (Wed, Thurs, Fri), and 4 days week two (Mon, Tues, Sat, Sun) - only working every second weekend! Only work 7 days per fortnight, but receive 60 hours of guaranteed pay! (more hours also available).

Required Education, Skills And Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 QQI modules (Care Skills & Care of the Older Person) or equivalent, or a minimum of 1 years' paid experience in providing care.
• Be a cheerful, caring, positive and dependent person.
• Have suitable work references, permission to work and fluent English.
• Have Own Car and Full License.
• Joining bonus paid after successfully completing 6 months employment with us.
