Job summary

JLL in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a facility maintenance professional to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on the Intel account, focusing on fire doors and fire stopping, with Monday–Friday 8:00–16:30 shifts, and potential future 12-hour day shifts.

You will work under the Building Lead, ensure safety and KPI compliance, manage spare parts, and coordinate with operations to keep the site running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of facility maintenance/engineering experience.
• Experience painting/decorating in a safety-conscious environment helpful.
• Basic plumbing skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general preventative and corrective maintenance tasks on site.
• Maintain and install fire doors and fire stopping.
• Ensure work orders align with JLL KPI and safety standards.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct site inspections.
• Report issues with recommended solutions to the Building Lead.
