Job summary

Glenveagh Properties PLC is seeking a Finishing Foreperson for a residential project in Ballymastone, North County Dublin. You will liaise with the design team, Site Manager and purchasers, coordinate snagging and ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of workmanship.

The role requires strong carpentry knowledge, substantial residential construction experience and the ability to drive on-site plans with attention to time targets and quality delivery.

Qualifications

  • Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Construction Management and/or equivalent trade qualification.
  • Significant experience in a similar position.
  • Background in residential construction.
  • Excellent knowledge of trades, and in particular carpentry.
  • Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.

  • Plan tasks and organise plant and site facilities to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure works comply with building regulations, health and safety and environmental standards and high quality.

We are currently recruiting a Finishing Foreperson for our residential project in Ballymastone, North County Dublin.

Responsibilities

  • Effective planning of tasks and efficiently organising the plant and site facilities in order to meet deadlines
  • Ensure works are carried out in compliance with building regulations, health and safety and environmental standards and to a high quality
