Job summary

Barden | B Corp in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Tax Manager to deliver high‑quality tax consulting for a diverse financial services client base, including asset management funds, aircraft leasing, insurance, banking and private equity.

You will lead and develop a team of professionals, collaborate with directors and partners, and play a key role in winning new business while advancing client relationships across the practice.

Qualifications

• Strong corporate tax and capital gains tax technical knowledge.
• Experience in Asset Management/Investment Funds, Aircraft leasing, Insurance, Banking, Private Equity or Securitisation sectors.
• AITI/CTC or ACA qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide top class tax consulting service to a portfolio of financial services clients.
• Research and present detailed technical tax advice for advisory projects.
• Correspond with Revenue and clients on tax affairs.
• Work with directors and partners to ensure smooth department operations.
• Involve in sustaining/growing client business and contributing to practice development.
• Supervise and develop trainees, seniors, managers and liaise with compliance delivery teams.
