Job summary

Delta Capita is seeking an experienced Governance & Compliance Manager to support a key Financial Services client on a 6-month fixed-term contract in Dublin. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery to strengthen governance frameworks, policy management and regulatory interpretation in a fast-paced client environment.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, provide practical Second Line challenge and drive policy improvements, governance reporting and regulatory

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Compliance Governance, Risk or Regulatory Compliance within Financial Services.
• Proven track record in a Second Line Compliance function.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and policy management.
• Ability to lead in interim or transformation projects with strategic and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide interim leadership across Financial Services Compliance governance and policy activity.
• Maintain and enhance the Compliance Policy and Governance Framework.
• Drive policy reviews and implementation aligned with regulatory expectations.
• Translate regulatory developments into practical business requirements.
• Support governance committees and reporting, with oversight of compliance matters.
• Advise senior stakeholders with practical Second Line guidance and challenge.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen compliance culture and risk awareness.
• Support regulatory engagements and governance-change initiatives.
