Job summary

• Good working knowledge of IFRS and at least one GAAP framework.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Basic AI literacy including prompting, validation and secure handling of client information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual and interim financial statements and schedules for funds under IFRS, US GAAP, Lux GAAP, FRS 102 or others.
• Perform financial statement tie-outs, comparisons and first-level checks with documentation.
• Coordinate with fund administrators, auditors and reviewers to resolve queries and meet deadlines.
• Use AI tools for disclosure drafting, document comparison and variance summaries.
• Validate AI-generated content against source records and maintain data confidentiality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives.
• Involvement in fund accounting engagements and regulatory reporting where appropriate.

Roles and Responsibilities

Will work with asset management clients on financial reporting engagements, business process reviews and remediation projects, and short-term interim staffing assignments. The role involves working within a team environment to deliver high-quality outcomes and meet client deadlines.

• Prepare annual and interim financial statements and supporting schedules for investment funds under IFRS, US GAAP, Lux GAAP, FRS 102 or other applicable frameworks.
• Perform financial statement tie-outs, prior-year comparisons and first-level checks; maintain clear supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with fund administrators, auditors and internal reviewers to resolve queries and meet deadlines.
• Use approved AI tools for disclosure drafting, document comparison, variance summaries and checklist support.
• Validate AI-generated content against source records and escape accounting, data or confidentiality concerns.
• Will build a strong relationships with client representatives.
• May also be involved in fund accounting engagements and other regulatory reporting activities.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified or equivalent IFAC qualification.
• 2–3 years experience in financial services sector or worked in the top ten auditing firms specialising on financial services industry.
• Good working knowledge of IFRS and at least one relevant GAAP framework.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic AI literacy, including effective prompting, output validation and secure handling of client information.

Desired

• Multi-GAAP or multi-jurisdiction reporting exposure.
• Experience in fund accounting, including period-end and regulatory reporting.
• Exposure to ERP and fund accounting systems such as Geneva, Investran, and Yardi, as well as financial statement production and reporting tools including Workiva, Donnelley/DFIN, Confluence, OneStream, and similar platforms
• Experience delivering financial reporting transformation and automation, developing technology-enabled propositions or client solutions.
• Strong external market awareness and ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into controlled, practical use cases.
