Job summary

Archer Recruitment is recruiting an experienced FP&A Analyst to join a growing insurance group at a pivotal stage of its growth. You’ll own the financial analysis behind a business-critical project, bringing together financial and commercial data to tell a clear story for the CFO and senior leadership.

You’ll analyse performance across the group, develop asset-value analyses and driver insights, and build models to support senior decision-making. Immediate availability is required.

I am recruiting for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join a growing insurance group at a really interesting stage of its growth.

The business is looking to build a much clearer picture of where value sits across the group, what is driving performance and where there are opportunities to improve.

This is a business-critical piece of work, and you’ll take real ownership of the financial analysis behind it. You’ll bring together financial and commercial data, analyse performance across the business and turn the numbers into a clear story that the CFO and senior leadership team can use to make decisions.
