FDC Group's FDC Financial Services in Ireland seeks a Qualified Financial Consultant to join our advisory team on a maternity leave replacement. You will serve an established client base across the region, delivering tailored investment solutions, pensions, savings and protection and helping clients grow through long-term relationships.

The role requires a fully QFA, strong communication, and a proactive, team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• QFA qualification required as essential credential.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in sales within a brokerage or similar environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with comprehensive financial planning solutions including tailored investments, pensions, savings and protection.
• Manage an existing portfolio and develop client relationships within the region.
• Identify financial planning needs and generate new business to achieve targets.
• Deliver high level professional advice and consultation tailored to client goals.

We are searching for aQualified Financial Consultanton a maternity leave cover contract to join our growing advisory team in Ireland. At FDC, our strength lies in our local presence. We are looking for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships while also bringing in new clients. You will work with an established client base, strengthening trust and helping them grow over time. It's all about creating long-term partnerships that drive loyalty and success. Location: Skibbereen, with expected travel to surrounding offices. Responsibilities: Provide clients with comprehensive financial planning solutions, including tailored investment solutions, pensions, savings and protection. Manage an existing portfolio of clients and develop client relationships with new and existing clients within the region Identify financial planning needs and generate new business with existing and potential clients to achieve performance targets Deliver a consistent, high level of professional advice and consultation with respect to clients needs Ability to undertake in-depth evaluations of a client's financial situation, current provisions, future goals, and risk attitude while conducting a comprehensive fact find with clients to discover their needs and objectives. Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes through feedback and cooperation with support staff Maintaining professional development and accreditation through tutorials and seminars Reporting to management and support staff on activities, business targets, and meetings undertaken Keep up-to-date with financial products and legislation Keep line managers/directors updated on operational issues Achieve or exceed agreed business targets and meet business compliance standards and requirements Essential Requirements: Candidate must be fully QFA Communicates effectively and openly, with exceptional phone and written communication skills. Actively seeks out possibilities to learn, improve, and develop themselves, as well as practical opportunities for the company's growth. A systematic approach to an active workload, prioritizing activities to ensure that they are completed.
