Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment in Dublin seeks an experienced wealth management adviser to build trusted client relationships, understand objectives and tailor financial guidance. You will manage client portfolios, drive business development across investments, pensions and protection, and lead collaborative efforts while adhering to regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has around 5 years’ experience, strong knowledge of markets and regulations, and holds a QFA qualification with CFP progress

Qualifications

• Around 5 years’ experience providing financial or wealth management advice.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investments and the regulatory environment.
• Experience managing client investments and developing wealth management relationships.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• QFA qualification; CFP or progress towards CFP is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investments and the regulatory environment.
• Experience managing client investments and developing wealth management relationships.
• Proven business development and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive, commercially minded and client-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Confidence using digital tools and adapting to new technologies and processes.
