This newly created role covers Ireland and international jurisdictions, with duties including monthly management accounts, VAT returns, balance sheet reconciliations and year‑end processes.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and have 1–2 years PQE in a fast‑paced setting, with strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Qualified Accountant with 1–2 years PQE.
• Must have worked in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts for select divisions.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Prepare reports/documentation for divisional heads for billing purposes.
• Manage year-end closing processes.
• Support internal audits by preparing required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Analyse financial data and provide management with reports and recommendations.
• Improve financial controls and accounting processes.
• Liaise with auditors and internal stakeholders.
