Job summary

TOM People exclusively partners with a multinational client to appoint a Financial Accountant to join a growing finance team. This newly created role offers a broad accounting remit and exposure to group reporting, consolidation, audits, and controls.

Ideal for an early-stage accounting professional with 0–2 years PQE, especially those from Big 4/Top 10 with non-FS clients. Hybrid working in South Dublin, 3 days in the office, with strong Excel and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 0–2 years PQE or equivalent.
• Experience in Big 4 or Top 10 with non-FS clients preferred.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual group financial reporting.
• Support group consolidation process and statutory financial statements.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist with strengthening financial controls and reporting capabilities.
