Qualifications

• Strong communication and reporting skills (verbal and written).
• Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and accuracy essential.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations and tax laws; team player.
• Exceptional planning, organising and multi-tasking within timescales.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Highly organised with interpersonal, influencing, negotiating and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts.
• Process employee expenses and advances.
• Forecast cash flow and manage cash.
• Reconcile bank accounts and manage cash flow.
• Handle supplier payments and intercompany reconciliations.
• Issue guarantees and manage letters of credit as needed.
• Assist in audit processes and VAT filings.
• Produce statistic reports and ad hoc project support.
