Job summary

Barden are supporting a leading global finance advisory firm in Dublin to hire an experienced Director. This role will drive high-impact engagements and shape financial transformation initiatives across a diverse client portfolio.

You will lead complex projects, oversee ERP/FP&A deployments, manage CFO-level relationships, and mentor a team of consultants. 5–8 years in finance transformation with strong analytics and ERP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Qualified Accountant with Big 4 training.
Extensive experience in finance transformation, ERP, FP&A implementations.
Strong data analytics and visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

Lead multiple complex finance transformation projects from inception to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
Build and sustain trust-based relationships with CFOs and senior finance executives. Act as a trusted advisor on finance strategy, processes, systems, and controls.
Identify new opportunities, contribute to proposal development, and participate in thought leadership activities to expand service lines.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
Oversee the design and implementation of finance operating models, ERP, FP&A deployments, reporting and analytics solutions, and process optimisation initiatives.
Monitor project profitability, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Support practice leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the office.
