Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the day-to-day operations and management of retail finance activities
• Manage and process finance-related queries, ensuring accurate and timely resolution in line with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support the assessment and processing of finance applications and customer accounts.
• Review customer and financial information with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance and attention to detail.
• Work across multiple channels to ensure queries and requests are resolved within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve finance-related issues efficiently.
• Contribute to process improvements and identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and accuracy of finance operations.

Key Requirements

• Degree or relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline desirable.
• Previous experience within financial services, banking, lending, credit, motor finance is required.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability with excellent attention to detail.
