Job summary

We are seeking a Finance & Operations Manager for a growing international real estate and development business in Dublin. The role combines finance and operations with a hands-on, self-starter approach.

The successful candidate will manage financial reporting across multiple project companies, oversee budgets and cash flow, and coordinate with auditors, tax advisers and external partners. Hybrid working in Dublin is available.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong technical accounting knowledge and Irish GAAP / FRS 102.
• Background in real estate, construction or project-based environments is preferred.
• Experience with VAT, audits and regulatory compliance is important.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee management accounts and financial reporting for development entities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow and month-end processes.
• Oversee year-end, VAT, tax, audits and statutory reporting.
• Support board reporting and company secretarial requirements.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on budgets, forecasts and variance analyses.
