The Courts Service are recruiting for the following Finance Officer roles:
Role 1 - Financial Analysis & Reporting
Each Finance Officer will lead an operational area and play a key role in the management and analysis of our income and expenditure. They will assist in the production of the Courts Service Annual Accounts, contributing to effective management of Courts Service.
Key Responsibilities for the New Roles
Financial Analysis & Reporting Role
- the set up contracts on the register and the accounting system, following tendering,
- the set-up of new suppliers and updating suppliers,
- ensuring the goods and services are correctly requisitioned, approved, and receipted,
- managing the Goods and Services returns and corrections processes,
- releasing invoice holds and responding to queries
