Job summary

The Panel represents a private equity backed Irish group based in Monaghan, seeking a Finance Manager with a top 10 background. This broad, hands-on role covers the full Finance function, from month-end close to business partnering and process improvement.

You will work with NetSuite and Salesforce, driving automation and better financial insights, with a hybrid setup and four days on site.

Qualifications

• ACA qualified with up to 5 years' PQE.
• Big Four/top 10 background preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Own key areas of the monthly close delivering timely management information.
• Prepare and review management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting and audit.
• Analyse performance, investigate variances and provide commercial insight.
• Partner with operational teams to support better decision-making.
• Maintain robust financial controls and seek improvements.
• Automate finance processes across NetSuite, Salesforce and related systems.
• Contribute to finance-wide operational excellence.
