Job summary

Revolut Ltd in Ireland seeks a detail-oriented Finance Manager to ensure accuracy and compliance of investment strategies. You’ll manage accounting and financial reporting for UCITS and AIF vehicles.

In this fast-paced role, you will coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and Portfolio Management to address issues, support year-end audits, and ensure timely financial statements. A recognised accounting qualification and 4+ years in fund accounting are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in fund accounting, fund administration, or audit in asset management.
• Recognised accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
• Experience with UCITS or AIF structures and Irish/Luxembourg funds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review NAV calculations for UCITS and AIF structures.
• Reconcile cash, portfolio positions, and trades across systems and brokers.
• Assist in annual financial statements and regulatory reporting.
• Support year-end audits by providing working papers and liaising with auditors.
• Monitor fund expenses, fee accruals, and payment processes.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance Manager to ensure the accuracy and compliance of investment strategies. You’ll be managing the accounting and financial reporting processes for our UCITS and Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) vehicles.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing, reviewing, and analysing daily and monthly net asset value (NAV) calculations for UCITS and AIF structures
• Reconciling cash balances, portfolio positions, and trades between internal systems, prime brokers, depositaries, and third-party fund administrators
• Assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Supporting the year-end audit process by preparing working papers, addressing queries, and liaising directly with external auditors
• Monitoring fund expenses, managing the payment process, and ensuring accurate fee accruals and calculations
• Collaborating across internal functions (Operations, Compliance, Portfolio Management) to resolve trade exceptions, pricing issues, and ensure seamless fund operations

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in an fund accounting, fund administration, or audit role within the asset management industry
• A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA)
• Expertise in fund accounting, finance, and operations across popular European fund structures (UCITS or AIF)
• Knowledge of investment funds domiciled in Luxembourg or Ireland
• Expertise with management and financial oversight of third-party fund administrators and depositaries
• An academic background from a top school

Nice to have

• A solid understanding of illiquid asset valuation methodologies, cap tables, accounting methodologies, and cash management
• Experience implementing or managing API integrations between fund administrators and internal ledgers
