Job summary

PE Global is recruiting for a Finance Partner in External Supply, focusing on pre-commercial clinical and development spend. The role provides financial guidance, spend management and reporting across a broad external network of CDMOs and suppliers.

The successful candidate will plan, report and analyze Net Expense, payroll and related costs, partnering with program teams and reporting to the Finance Director External Supply, Operations Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional accounting qualification with 6–8 years in finance or FP&A.
• Experience in multinational environment; biotech/pharma preferred.
• Strong spend and budgeting management across large programs.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, SAP GL, Ariba, Hyperion, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Program Spend Management – ensure effective spend management of multiple large programs for clinical/clinical trial manufacturing and development.
• Business Partnering – engage with program leads to understand drivers and improve forecast/budget commentary.
• Forecasts/Budgets/LRS – manage clinical and development spend, payroll, and sweep allocations.
• Quarter Close / Month Close – ensure timely P&L Net Expense reporting and month-end processes.
• Systems and Processes – support the transition to Anaplan and SAP Hana; improve financial processes.
