HRConsultants.ie is recruiting for a Finance Manager role on behalf of an established Irish business in the construction equipment sector. You will own the day-to-day finance function and report to senior management and the Board.

The position covers month-end, year-end, audit, and improving finance systems and reporting, with a broad remit across margins, stock, pricing, costs and performance.

Competenze

• Qualified senior finance professional with PQE in a management/finance controller role.
• Experience in asset-intensive environments (plant/equipment, construction, manufacturing).
• Hands-on leadership with strong commercial awareness and ability to drive improvements.

Mansioni

• Prepare monthly management accounts, reporting and variance analysis.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting and cash-flow management.
• Manage working capital, cash, AR and AP; lead AR/AP teams.
• Own fixed asset register and strengthen asset controls.
