Job summary

Amicus Search & Recruitment is assisting a leading international law firm in Dublin to hire associates across Banking & Finance, Asset Finance and Structured Finance. The role involves handling high-value, cross-border transactions and collaborating with a multinational team.

You will manage day-to-day transactions, draft and negotiate finance and security documents, liaise with clients, and work with counsel across jurisdictions while supporting the development of junior lawyers.

Our client, a leading international law firm with a well-established Dublin office, is growing its finance practice and is looking to hire Associates across Banking & Finance, Asset Finance and Structured Finance. The team acts for major financial institutions, lenders, arrangers and corporates on high-value, often cross-border transactions, and offers the chance to work on sophisticated international matters within a collaborative and supportive group.

Depending on your background, your work will span bilateral and syndicated lending, acquisition and real estate finance, aircraft and other asset financings, securitisations, CLOs, repackagings and other structured products. You’ll run transactions day to day, draft and negotiate finance and security documents, liaise with clients and counsel across multiple jurisdictions, and support the development of junior lawyers.

Our client is keen to hear from solicitors with solid transactional experience in banking, asset or structured finance gained in a leading Irish or international firm, whether you’re looking to deepen your existing specialism or broaden into an adjacent area.
