Amicus Search & Recruitment is assisting a leading international law firm in Dublin to hire associates across Banking & Finance, Asset Finance and Structured Finance. The role involves handling high-value, cross-border transactions and collaborating with a multinational team.

You will manage day-to-day transactions, draft and negotiate finance and security documents, liaise with clients, and work with counsel across jurisdictions while supporting the development of junior lawyers.

Competenze

• Solid transactional experience in banking, asset or structured finance.
• Drafting and negotiating finance documents.
• Client-focused with strong commercial awareness.

Mansioni

• Span bilateral and syndicated lending, acquisition and real estate finance.
• Draft and negotiate finance and security documents.
• Liaise with clients and counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
