Job summary

AccountsIQ is seeking a Finance Implementation Specialist to guide UK and Irish customers through onboarding and system configuration. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-live, handover, and customer success.

You will design financial setups, train users, and coordinate data migration, leveraging your strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding customers through finance system implementations and onboarding.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes: GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, budgeting, reporting.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical system setup and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation from kickoff through go-live and handover.
• Run structured onboarding sessions and train users on best-practice finance processes.
• Capture requirements, design configurations, and document integration needs.
• Coordinate data migration, testing, validation, and sign-off with customers.
