Job summary

HireIQ is seeking a commercially minded finance professional to join a large international organisation with operations across multiple markets. You will act as a key commercial link between the finance function and operational teams, driving performance and supporting strategic decision-making.

• Partner with commercial, operational and finance stakeholders to support business performance.
• Prepare and present trend analysis and insightful commentary as part of the monthly reporting cycle.
• Build and maintain financial models to support business cases and investment proposals.
• Provide analysis that helps drive profitability and returns on investment.
• Support senior stakeholders in strategic and commercial decision-making.
• Communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, both written and verbal.
