Job summary

QCS Staffing seeks an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager for a 9-month contract in Dublin. You will be the key finance partner for external manufacturing, handling costing, budgeting, and month-end reporting within a multinational biopharma environment.

Ideal candidates are qualified accountants with strong costing and internal controls, excellent Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP ERP. You will collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and ensure high-quality financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong costing, financial analysis, accounting principles and internal controls.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of SAP ERP are desirable.
• Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead external manufacturing finance activities including Subcontracting/PPV/Freight.
• Perform month-end reporting, commentary, variance and trend analysis.
• Prepare ExM budget and projections in a timely manner.
• Develop product costing for a broad range of materials.
• Act as Virtual Plant Team finance representative for business partnering.

What You’ll Do

• Key colleague in the External manufacturing finance team responsible for Subcontracting/PPV/Freight
• Month End reporting and commentary, variance, and trend analysis
• Preparation and timely submission of ExM Budget and Projections
• Prepare product costing across a significant number of materials
• Virtual Plant Team finance representative ensuring strong business partnering

What you’ll need:

• Experienced qualified accountant with strong knowledge of costing and financial analysis, accounting principles, and internal controls with strong PQE
• Strong excel skills essential and knowledge of SAP ERP desirable
• Experienced at delivering high quality results
• Develops strong, effective work relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
