Job summary

Sysco Ireland invites applications for its 2027 Accounting and Finance Graduate Programme. The three-year scheme develops future leaders by providing hands-on experience across Finance, Operations, Sales and Merchandising while studying for the Accountancy qualification.

You will rotate through the Finance function, partnering with different areas of the business, and gain exposure to leadership within a fast-paced foodservice organisation.

Qualifications

• 2:1 or above (realised or predicted) in a relevant Accountancy or Business degree.
• Solid understanding and demonstrated interest in Finance.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and career motivation.
• Available to start September 2027.
• Full clean drivers' licence and access to own transport.

Responsibilities

• Graduate Programme across Finance with exposure to Business Partnering and other areas.
• Gain hands-on experience while studying for an Accountancy qualification.
• Work with Operations, Sales and Merchandising teams.
• Develop leadership skills within a fast-paced foodservice business.
