HomeSecure in Ireland is seeking a Field Service Technician in the Tipperary area, offering autonomy, competitive pay, and the chance to work on residential and commercial alarm systems.

You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot systems, educate clients, and manage your schedule, with a base salary of €32.5k plus uncapped monthly commissions and a €2,000 joining bonus. A strong focus on customer service and security technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in alarm system installation or a related technical field.
• Sales experience and the ability to sell is essential for this role.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting alarm and security systems for residential and commercial clients.
• Providing excellent customer service by ensuring each system is installed to the highest standard.
• Ensuring targets/KPIs are hit in respect of your role.
• Educating clients on system usage and safety features.
• Managing your schedule effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines.
