Job summary

Fusion People Ltd is seeking a Mobile EPOS / IT Engineer based in Limerick for a fully mobile field role covering Munster region and beyond. You will handle break fixes, installations, IMAC work and upgrades across retail sites, with several jobs per day.

Salary up to €39,000, van provided and 37.5 hours per week, on-call rota with an allowance. The role requires real field service experience, flexibility to travel the wider region, EPOS background preferred, and a clean Irish or EU licence.

Mobile EPOS / IT Engineer - Limerick

€33,000 to €39,000, van home, overtime and on-call on top

We are hiring a Field Service Engineer based in Limerick for a national retail IT services provider. Commutable from Limerick city, Shannon, Ennis, Newcastle West and Nenagh.

Limerick and the surrounding area will be your core patch, but the role covers a broad region. Expect to travel across Munster and into the south east depending on customer demand, so you will need to be flexible on location and hours.

This is a fully mobile role, no fixed site. Day to day you will handle break fix, installations, IMAC work, software upgrades, decommissioning and general remedial works across retail customer sites, with several jobs a day.

The package:

• Salary to €39,000 for the right experience
• Van home based, tools and equipment supplied
• 37.5 hours per week
• On-call 1 in 3 weeks with a €250 allowance
• Time and a half Monday to Saturday out of hours, double time Sundays and bank holidays

You will need:

• Real field service experience, used to being on the road all day
• Flexibility to travel across the wider region as required
• EPOS background ideally. Strong IT and hardware support experience with field exposure will be considered
• Clean Irish or EU licence
• Right to work in Ireland
