Job summary

Nanosonics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support our growing installed base across Ireland, with a primary focus on Dublin and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes technical service, installations, validation support and building trusted customer relationships in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Reporting to the EMEA Service Manager, you will deliver Level II/III support, manage service activity records, and travel regularly across Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Field Service Engineer, Biomedical Engineer or Technical Service role.
• Experience with medical devices, healthcare technology, decontamination or endoscopy is highly desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills across electromechanical systems.
• Experience supporting installations, maintenance, repairs and investigations in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical service and customer support with professionalism.
• Perform planned preventive maintenance, corrective servicing, installations and validation activities.
• Provide Level II/III technical support to customers.
• Manage service records, parts, and equipment in approved systems.
• Support product implementations and ongoing service activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Clinical Applications and Operations to ensure excellent customer experience.
