PrepayPower is hiring a Field Sales Representative in Drogheda, Co. Louth to generate new customer leads through face-to-face door-to-door sales.

The role offers a base salary of €34,000 with uncapped OTE up to €50,000 in the first year, a €2,000 sign-on bonus after probation, a daily lunch allowance, 21 days annual leave, and flexible working options.

• Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential customers and property owners.
• Promote and sell PrepayPower Yuno Energy products/services.
• Hit/exceed individual targets and KPIs consistently.
• Execute strategic sales approaches to maximise customer engagement.
• Overcome objections and close deals with a high success rate.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions using CRM tools.
• Refine sales strategies and provide feedback to optimise performance.
• Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.

The Field Sales Representative will generate new customer leads through face-to-face sales

• €2,000 sign on bonus after successful probation *
• Basic salary €34,000 Base (Depending on experience)
• Uncapped and Realistic On Target Earnings – OTE of €50,000 in first year.
• Flexible working options available.
• Daily Lunch Allowance (€8 daily - up to €2,000 annually)
• Hours - 40 hours weekly - 11am to 8pm
• Leap Card or Company Vehicle or Fuel Allowance DOE.
• 21 days annual leave, increasing with service.
