Job summary

Magnus Monitors is seeking a commercially driven Field Sales Executive to grow our IoT monitoring solutions across Ireland and Northern Ireland. You will manage existing relationships with retailers, merchants and distributors while winning new business and expanding the Magnus footprint in your territory.

You’ll spend significant time in the market, visiting stores, demonstrating products, and closing deals, with a base salary of €32,000–€40,000 plus commission and an OTE of €41,600–€52,000.

Qualifications

• Field sales or business development experience in retail/merchant channels.
• Ability to build long-term commercial relationships.
• Confident in generating new business and closing sales.
• Able to manage a large territory independently.
• Commercially minded, organised and target-driven.
• Willing to travel regularly across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
• Holds a full, valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales across retail, merchant and distribution customers in your territory.
• Manage and develop existing customer relationships while winning new business.
• Spend significant time in the market meeting customers, visiting stores and branches.
• Demonstrate products, identify opportunities and help customers sell the Magnus range.
• Own your territory and collaborate with the Magnus team to hit targets.
