Job summary

SumUp is seeking entrepreneurial field sales partners in Ireland. This is a 100% commission-only, self-employed opportunity with no base salary, offering earning potential of €7,000–€10,000+ per month. You will build your own customer base across Ireland with SumUp's payments, hardware, POS and software solutions.

New Partners can receive accelerators, with upfront and recurring residual income opportunities, and structured onboarding support to help you grow your portfolio.

The Financial Blueprint

Our commission structure allows you to earn across multiple revenue streams:

Payments: 50% of annualised payments net revenue
Hardware: 50% of hardware revenue
Software: 50% of annual software revenue
Residuals: 25% of SumUp net revenue, paid monthly for up to 5 years

New Partners also receive 3x residuals for their first 3 months while building their portfolio.

There are also additional milestone bonuses available.

A qualifying deal within the current commission plan can generate up to €1,344 upfront plus €315 in annual residual income.

Top performers can generate €7,000 to €10,000+ per month.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for people with a genuine hunter and entrepreneurial mindset.

Ideally, you will have experience in:

• B2B new business sales
• Field sales
• Door-to-door sales
• Payments or merchant services
• Telecoms
• Energy
• POS or technology sales
• Other commercially driven sales environments

What matters most is that you are comfortable creating your own opportunities, handling rejection and winning new business.
