Job summary

FMI Field Management Ireland is seeking flexible part-time staff to support SuperValu stores with product and shelf reorganisations ahead of Christmas. The role offers €14.15 per hour, mileage allowance, and flexible days and hours, with full training provided.

You'll work in small teams across stores, handling planograms, taking before-and-after photos, and representing FMI professionally while maintaining a neat appearance on site.

FMI is building a SuperValu Replan Team to support stores with product and shelf reorganisations in the run-up to Christmas.

This is a hands‑on role with flexible working days and hours, making it a great option for students or anyone looking for flexible project work.

What you’ll do

You’ll work as part of a small team in SuperValu stores, helping to reorganise products and shelves in line with store planograms.

You’ll also:

• Move and reorganise products accurately and neatly


• Follow planograms and store instructions


• Take before and after photos of completed work


• Work alongside 1–2 team members per store


• Represent FMI professionally while working in-store


• Maintain a neat, professional appearance while on site

Your profile

What you’ll need

• Access to your own car to travel between stores


• A full driving licence


• Good attention to detail


• To be reliable and punctual


• A positive, hands‑on approach


• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team

No previous merchandising or replan experience is needed — we’ll provide full training.

Flexible work that fits around you

Days and hours can be flexible and, where possible, can be arranged around college timetables and other commitments.

Some flexibility will be required depending on the individual store, as replan work may need to take place outside of peak customer shopping times.
