Job summary

EPS Group seeks a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our Service & Repair Team in the Leinster region. This hands-on, field-based role covers municipal and industrial wastewater and water treatment sites across Leinster, with regular outdoor work in operational environments.

You will deliver mechanical support, perform maintenance and repairs on pumps and related equipment, and diagnose faults with strong problem-solving skills while prioritising safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Trade.
• Full EU/Irish driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day mechanical support across water and wastewater sites.
• Carry out maintenance, repair, and system support on pumps and process equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical faults with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ensure safety compliance and high-quality workmanship.
• Coordinate work with the Service Manager and Area Supervisor.
• Work outdoors in varied conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
