Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions in Dundalk is seeking a practical, customer-focused Field Service Technician / Engineer. The role is field-based with full on-the-job training and support from a knowledgeable team to develop into a skilled Field Engineer.

You’ll need a full driving licence and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. A background in automotive or technical fields is helpful, but attitude and communication skills are key, and occasional overnight stays may be required.

• Good technical aptitude and willingness to learn on the job.
• Full driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers on-site and build strong working relationships.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment and provide on-site servicing.
• Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Show customers how to use equipment safely and effectively.
