Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland is seeking a field-based professional to maintain existing customers and support growth in Kilkenny, Waterford, Carlow and Wexford. The 12-month fixed-term contract involves installing homecare devices (CPAP, NIV, ventilation), training patients and clinicians, and coordinating follow-ups to ensure compliance.

You will interact with a wide range of healthcare professionals and travel regularly within the region.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Nurse or Healthcare Assistant in hospital, nursing home, and/or homecare environment.
• Excellent organisational, communication and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to present, train, mentor and influence customers.
• Commercial experience desirable but not essential.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Computer literate/IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up/installation of homecare devices such as CPAP, NIV, Invasive Ventilation, Diagnostics and Cough Assist primarily at patient’s homes and at hospital locations.
• Manage patient home installations, clinic installations/support, training and compliance activities with patients and clinicians.
• Manage patient follow up post install: telephone calls, post install home visits and compliance follow up with feedback to prescribing centres.
• Support clinical training and educational workshops in key centres within the region.
• Attend Respiratory Conferences/Meetings when required.
• Support respiratory business in the region and occasionally in other regions.
• Adapt the role to support new product introduction.
