Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland is seeking a qualified nurse for field-based homecare support. The role involves installing and maintaining homecare devices (CPAP, NIV, invasive ventilation), training patients and clinicians, and ensuring compliance.

You will travel across Kilkenny, Waterford, Carlow and Wexford, supporting multiple patient pathways and collaborating with hospital teams. A full driving licence and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Nurse with hospital/homecare experience.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with proven record-keeping.
• Commercial experience desirable but not essential; ability to build relationships.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.
• Computer literacy and practical IT skills.
• Full driving licence and openness to regular travel.

Responsibilities

• Set up/install homecare devices (CPAP, NIV, invasive ventilation, diagnostics, cough assist) at patients' homes and hospital locations.
• Manage patient home installations, clinic installations, training and compliance with patients and clinicians.
• Follow up post-install with calls and home visits; feedback to prescribing centres.
• Support clinical training and educational workshops in key centres within the region.
• Attend Respiratory Conferences/Meetings as required.
• Support respiratory business in the region and occasionally in other regions.
• Adapt the role for new product introductions.
